If you are part of a chartered student organization, you can learn how to apply for an office through the Space Allocation Process.

Do you have an office in the SUB?
We've created a listserv to give you important information that may affect you. This tool will be used to provide tenants with updates on building changes or events that may affect your work space (the listserve will not serve as a commercial or promotion tool). To subscribe to the listserve, follow the Listserve Link and put "SUBTENANTS-L" in the blank.

Work Order Request

Students, staff, faculty, tenants, or employees can request a work order for an issues in or around the Student Union Building that need maintenance or attention.

Tenants

Feel free to submit questions, problems, comments or suggestions to the Student Union Building administration using our Online Comment Box.

Space Allocation

Each year, office space in the SUB is given to chartered student organizations during Space Allocation. Applications are usually available beginning in January of each year, and due in mid February. Office Space is awarded to select student groups for the school year following the Space Allocation process (August- May). For more information about Space Allocation, please visit our Student Organization page, or contact the SUB administrative office at 277-2331.
