The Student Union Building houses a full service catering department with professional culinarys.This full-service catering operation handles both on and off-campus events.

The SUB has 21,000 square feet of meeting space with rooms ranging from ballrooms to small conference rooms. The grand ballroom's capacity is 1,200 people and we also offer convention capabilities for large groups. We can also cater parties and events at your office, department, or at an off-site location. Our catering staff can help you plan parties, weddings, reunions, or any other social gathering.
