How it Works:

The Student Union offers free advertising for qualified campus events hosted by chartered student organizations or UNM departments. Advertising options include the three methods shown to the right as well as banners and the SUB website. If you would like to advertise in the SUB, fill out the ad request form. We will let you know the status of your request within one business week.

General Guidelines:

  • Advertising must be approved by the Student Union Administration

  • Advertising must be for campus wide events and should be open to all UNM students

  • Advertising space is offered on a first come, first served basis.

  • Please make all requests at least 1 week prior to requested posting date.

  • Ads typically run for a maximum of 2 weeks.

  • Guidelines for each ad option are listed below, and must be followed.

  • Personal, corporate, or political advertisements will not be approved.

  • Please review the Advertising Policy for further details and information.

2. Tell us about your Event/ Program:

Please tell us what you would like to advertise for. Assume we are not familiar with the cause. Include dates, times, location, who can attend/participate, and how people can learn more (web site, phone number, email...).

4. Upload Your Files

( .jpg, .png, or .ppt) File size limit: 3Mb, no spaces in file name.

We must receive your file(s) with this request form to process the request.

 

By clicking Submit Request, you agree to follow all SUB advertising guidelines and policy's and acknowledge that by not following the policy's, your organization may loose advertising privileges.
